I cant connect to the servers in multiplayer. My firewall is configured to accept Rising XP but I have no servers list view at the screen.

You cannot see any servers in the list because the game and its website have been discontinued. You cannot connect to this game's servers anymore. If you want another online FPS with many people playing, I recommend you Battlefield Play4Free.
